Contact details are visible to registered customers only. You need to register/ sign-up and login into your account to view the sellers’ contact details

Our role ends when you find a seller that can meet your product requirements. Thereafter, you can communicate with them through any medium to place your order.

Preferably you need to contact the seller directly regarding any issue with the product/ service. However, you can also inform the Surgikalmart team and we will help you coordinate with the seller and resolve the issue at the earliest possible.

How to view/delete the Buy Requirements posted by me?

To view and manage your posted requirements, follow these steps:

Visit Profile>>Buyer Dashboard.

View, update, re-post or delete your Posted Buy Requirements from here

You can search for a Product or Service on SurgikalMart using the steps mentioned below:

Visit www.surgikalmart.com and search for the product/service/ company using search box

You can also choose/enter the preferred city of product/supplier you wish to source products

The user can post multiple buy requirements for the products/services that he wants to purchase from the seller. It is recommended to post only one clearly described buying requirement per product/service needed. You can post your buy requirement by clicking on the floating button on the homepage and from the buyer dashboard.

Buy Requirement, as the name suggests, is buyer’s product/service requirement, posted by him/her on Surgikalmart platform. The objective of posting the buy requirement on Surgikalmart is to find a relevant seller who can fulfill the buyer’s requirement.

You must share the maximum possible details of your product/service requirement so that the product details can be shared with your most suited sellers. Some of the things that you must mention are:

Order quantity

Location preference of sellers, if any

One-time requirement or repeat requirement

Application of the required product (i.e. end use or resale)

Nature of business (if not for end use)

Complete and correct contact details

What should I do if I am unable to find a product? 

If you are not able to find your required product or the right supplier, you can post your buy requirement using the Post your requirement Form or contact us at info@surgikalmart.com and we will try to find the suppliers for you.

Where can a user check his recent activities?

You can view these details in your Buyers dashboard.

In order to get more accurate results, follow the instructions given below:

Limit your search keywords to a maximum of 3 or 4 words, longer keywords result in inaccurate results.

Ensure that you are spelling the product name correctly.

Use city/state filter to search for product from specific locations.

Select the type of seller you want to contact such as manufacturer, retailer, wholesaler, etc.

To search for products with price, tick the corresponding checkbox on the search result page.

How to contact or send enquiry to seller? 

To contact/ send enquiry to a seller the buyer can follow the below mentioned steps:

Search for a supplier/product at SurgikalMart homepage.

You’ll be able to see a list of suppliers who deal in your required product.

Select the product or seller profile and you can see Sellers contact details.

SurgikalMart acts only as a marketplace for connecting buyers with suppliers. At present, we don’t provide logistic solutions.

However, the buyers are free to contact the seller and confirm if the seller is ready to ship the required product. The charged amount can then be included in the amount to be paid by the Buyer to the Seller.

What is a verified supplier?

Verified sellers are sellers whose email, company name & contact details are verified by SurgikalMart team.

Suppliers can connect with the buyers on their registered mobile number and email ID.

However, the data of the Buyers are kept completely private. The contact details of the buyers are only shared with those suppliers who can fulfill the requirements of the buyer. 

You can make your requirement as descriptive as possible to let the suppliers know your exact requirement.

While we always recommend our sellers to promptly respond to buyer enquiries, sometimes they may not do so due to multiple reasons. These may be lack of time or they may not provide service in your location or may not deal in the specific product/model that you need. In such cases, you must reach out to other sellers dealing in your required product(s).

Alternately, you can simply post your buy requirement via post your requirement form and we will send you more seller options. We also share your requirement with sellers, who will contact you immediately.
